Immersive Therapy Retreat

You don’t have to open and close your story one hour at a time. There is another way.

What is an Immersive Therapy Retreat?

3–5 days | Burlington County, NJ

6 hours of therapy daily at bucolic homestead

Whole body nervous system healing.

Learn to thrive and claim your creative and powerful self.

My immersive trauma retreats offer a deep, sustained journey into mind, body, and spirit — set in a natural environment designed to support your nervous system from the moment you arrive.

Rather than opening and closing your story each week, you will be held in an extended, unfolding process — free to explore your healing without the constraints of a traditional session. Over the course of several days we weave together somatic therapy, mind and body mapping, creative arts, nature therapies, and more, following the thread of your experience wherever it leads.

Each retreat is shaped around you. Before we begin, we will work together to clarify your intentions and ensure the container feels safe, supportive, and right for where you are.
