Welcome to Seeds of Potential. I am so glad you are here. I am Lunden a somatic trauma therapist and healer passionate about helping you. 

I provide a safe, nourishing environment to help you tend, heal and grow from your trauma and attachment wounds. Our work together will help you reconnect and reparent your inner child/self, rewire your brain, regulate your nervous system and reestablish safety with your body. You will feel a deeper sense of healing as you tap into and harvest the seeds of your innate knowing, culminating in an integration of your playful, creative and wise self.  

Seeds of Potential is where you can reconnect with the creative power and potential in you with the support of a creative and nature informed therapy practice. Just as a seed contains an innate blueprint to grow you are also designed for health and growth. In the right conditions you can thrive.
