It is your season for growth.
Root. Rise. Bloom. Release.
Healing, like nature, moves in cycles — and so do we.
Tending the Self is a four-part seasonal workshop series for those ready to do the deep, sustained work of becoming more fully themselves by following the wisdom of the natural world — rooting, rising, blooming, releasing. Each workshop can stand alone but those who choose to participate in all four workshops will experience a complete arc of transformation.
Through nature informed somatic practices, expressive arts, mindfulness, and nervous system healing, each workshop invites you to slow down, turn inward, and tend to the beliefs, patterns, and stories that quietly shape everything.
Each session stands alone. And for those who journey through all four — something profound takes root.
Four seasons. Four invitations. One journey back to yourself.
Each workshop can be taken on its own or as part of the full series.

Drawn from the ancient story of La Loba, the she-wolf, this multi-day retreat invites you back to your most untamed self. The she-wolf walks the wilderness slowly, gathering one bone, one piece of her wild self, at a time. She does not rush. Small small, she collects what has been lost — and then she sings over them. This retreat is an invitation into that same unhurried return: through movement, art, song, and time in wilderness, we will gather the pieces of who we are — and breathe them back to life.
